  • Improve the App's performance, usability, and features.
  • Communicate with you regarding updates, support, or changes to our policies.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

  • Firebase (Google): We use Firebase for analytics, crash reporting, user authentication, real-time database, and push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging). Firebase's privacy policy can be found at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3: We use AWS S3 for secure storage of medicine confirmation photos. AWS's privacy policy can be found at https://aws.amazon.com/privacy/.

Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@suredose.online or by using the account deletion option within the App. Upon receiving your request, we will delete your data within 30 days.
