1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SureDose mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

SureDose is a medicine reminder application designed to help elderly patients manage their medication schedules and allow caregivers to monitor medication adherence. The App provides features including personalized medicine schedules, photo confirmation of medicine intake, caregiver linking via invite codes, escalating alerts (push notification, alarm, SMS to caregiver), bilingual support (Arabic and English), and offline functionality with automatic synchronization.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share your password with any third party.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of managing medicine reminders and caregiver coordination.
• Provide accurate information regarding medications, dosages, and schedules.
• Not use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Not attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the App's functionality or security.
• Not upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content through the App.
• Not share invite codes with unauthorized individuals.
• Ensure that caregiver linking is done only with the consent of the patient or their legal guardian.

5. Medical Disclaimer

• The App does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations.
• Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition or medication.
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something related to the App.
• The App is designed to assist with medication adherence but does not guarantee that medications will be taken correctly or on time.
• We are not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of the App.
• In case of a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software associated with the App are the exclusive property of SureDose and its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the App without our prior written consent.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• SureDose and its developers, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
• We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• We are not liable for any failure of the App to deliver notifications or alerts, including SMS alerts to caregivers.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from the unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, if any.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SureDose, its developers, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service.
• Conduct that we determine is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the App or by contacting us at support@suredose.online. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SureDose regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
